I know I already posted "page 10" and page 11 since, but I gathered the will to make a half-assed effort to make page 10 not look like a piece of shit. I'd like to thank Rufus, for chucking himself off a very tall building in Edge and making this copy-and-paste background possible.

Thank you, Rufus, and keep doing what you do best: Brushing against death in skyscrapers. Oh, and making white wearable after Labor Day. A true modern hero, folks.

The sky was simply rendered with a combination of a linear and radial gradient, which kinda created the sun in the middle on its own. After that I was going to be a major cheapskate and render a lens flare, but my ghetto version of Photoshop won't even render lens flares, so I put those little lines in manually. The stars are a brush stamp, and the cheap ass clouds were created by squiggling some lines with another preset brush and shading the squiggles appropriately.

So yeah..just about none of panel 2 took actual effort. Effort can kiss my ass after what it pulled on me last time.

Haha no, it's from a screen cap from Advent Children when Rufus and Kadaj are in that tall building and looking over the city while Cloud & Co. are off fighting Bahamut-SIN.

I started to draw my own background but failed to save and had a tragedy with Photoshop that caused me to lose my sanity, pitch a hissy fit, scream, cry, and slap this one on instead. Some of the other pages following this one spot copy-and-paste backgrounds too, but I'll be drawing my own in the future.
